Athletics Day
Today is athletics day! I am so excited and we are just lining up. We start the shot put. George goes first. I go last. Yes! No. I came 3rd! Ok, it's time for long jump. Wow. That was a good jump. I think so. 3rd again! Discus is now and I bet I will come 3rd. And I have! YES! Highjump is starting! I have come 1st! I didn't know that. Now for the sprints. I think I could collapse. Run run run run. Long distance 1st. Sprints 2nd. Javelin. Hooray! What? 3rrrrrdddddd. Lunchtime! I run inside. Finished. Relay. Time to run! We get to the the starting line. Ready! Set! GOOOOO!!! Sprint sprint sprint sprint. Finished! That was an awesome day, now I am ready to start Taihape Athletics!

On Monday it was athletics. The first thing I did was Javelin I got 3rd. Next was Shot put I got 4th. Now my Favourite Long jump I got 5th. Now discus I got 5th again. Now High jump I got 6th. Now my Other Favourite Running I got 2nd in the Short distance and 3rd in the Long distance.It was a very fun day and next year I am going to

Today is athletics. I like athletics. I enjoy eating the food. I loved long jump. My favourite of all was having ice blocks for afternoon tea and discus wasn’t so bad, but high jump was the worst of all. We made a Ninja warrior course which was awesome. Then we went home. 
At athletics I got first in the Javelin and in high jump and the shot put and the sprints. Also I got second in the long Distance run. Then we had Sausages and we had an ice Block then we had a really big race. I won the R Young cup because! I got the most points!
On Monday the 23rd of November Papanui Junction School held Athletics. Four other schools came, the largest school was Mataroa. I did a really big jump in long jump but it was declared as a no jump. My other favorite event was high jump but I got out before the top 3. Lunch was really yum and I'm sure everybody agreed, (Sausages and juicey’s yummmmmmmm) The parents relay was straight after, our parents smoked up although we got accused of cheating so we had to do it again. Overall it was a great day and I'm sure all enjoyed.
On Monday the 23rd of November, Papanui Junction School held the papanui athletics. Rangiwaea, Pukeokahu, Ngamatea and Mataroa came. Noah’s favourite event was long jump and Stella's high jump. We had sausages and juicy’s for lunch they were so yummy and everybody enjoyed them. Papanui Junction school had the fastest parents we smoked up the rest. We even got accused of cheating at one point and had to redo the race! It was great fun and we can't wait tell next year.

On Monday we had Athletics. The first thing I did was shot put. It was fun. Next was long jump. I got sandy. The next thing was discus. I did good. Next thing was high jump. It was high. Next was my favourite, running. It made me tired. Now the last one, javelin. I tried my best.

Athletics. l liked the high jump and the shot put and long jump. l don't like the running race. l liked the sausage. I love the Mums and Dads race. Mum didn't race. After the race we had an ice block. Then we went home.

On Monday we did Athletics. it was a really nice day it was very hot.I like doing High Jump and Long Jump. Pukeokahu, Mataroa, Rangiwaea, and Ngamatea came to our school for Athletics. we had a Sausage Sizzle for lunch and an Ice Block,then after lunch we had the Relays and the Adult races.Papanui won all three Adult relays it was so funny.i liked the shot put it was really fun. When i did javelin my one glided in the but i did not beat anyone. I tried my best at everything. At the end of the day we had to pack all the desks back in the classroom and put the tyres back. George got a trophy. Then we had another ice block before the bus came. I can not wait till next year for another awesome day.

On Monday the 23rd of November we did athletics . It was a sunny day and very hot. I like high jump and long jump but my favourite was sprints. I didn’t get any 1st but I came second. There was a sausage sizzle and a ice block for lunch. After lunch we did the relay and the adult races. We won all three races. It was funny with the adults races. I also liked the javelin. Matroa, Pukeokahu, Ngamatea and Rangiwaea went to our athletics it was hot and awesome it was a really fun day. I can’t wait till next year.
